I couldn’t help myself from borrowing another Japanese books. I borrowed the 500 Essential Japanese Expressions again, as well as these 2 other books, which I haven’t heard before. They are more towards the conversation, I guess.
1. Morning, Noon and Night in Japanese
起きてから寝るまで 日本語まるごと練習帳
There’s a CD for this, I didn’t know, so I’m gonna get it tomorrow. It’s close to 3kyuu’s level, I think. But I think I need to get used to the conversational style, instead of just relying from anime.
2. Practical Japanese Through Comics
４コママンガでおぼえる日本語―ひとつおぼえてたくさんわかる (中・上級）
There are 4 koma (panel) manga and some explanation regarding the words used in it. The words used are word that are used in different context, same reading similar meaning, and some are those repeated phrase (ukiuki, isoiso…)
The explanations are given in both Japanese and English on separate page.
I don’t know how far can I go, or I may copy it, to bring over there…

How many days I’ve been skipping, eh? Moreover the books I borrowed all went overdue before I renew them… ;___; I suppose I won’t be borrowing them again with this little time left.
I guess I’ll just do a test on the deadline (14 November 2007) and see how the result is. Then I’ll increase my target to JLPT 1 (*o*!) by end of 2008. It sucks that they only have 1 time in 1 year for the test. I wish they have one in the middle of the year.
Anyways. I still have exams to study. And big packing.

When night comes, I keep on thinking about the <1 day Japan trip and goes on research, it’s hard to concentrate. The trip itself is less than 24 hours, but I spend like 4 hours per day to google information. This is crazy. And it’s one month away, so close yet so far. And there are still 4 exams in between!
